I too, like others below, ordered from this company and am unhappy with the lack of customer service available. I ordered my item on the 29th of November, received an email that stated that my item had been shipped out, but, of course, the email didn't have any tracking information, and I haven't received the item yet. I understand that I chose the free shipping offer, but I think it might cost $0.99 to add delivery confirmation to something that is sent via USPS, so why not go the extra mile to put your customers at ease? I've ordered items from other companies after I place my order with mynamenecklace.com (that have also shipped just plain ole snail mail) that I've already received (one came clear from the east coast and I'm in CA). Plus, they added delivery confirmation to the package so I could know when to expect it! Also, I don't like that there's no phone number so that I can call and speak to an agent...Over all, just very disappointed with the entire process. I will not be ordering from mynamenecklace.com again.
