fabulous staff but poor products

Nativity time calls for good angel costumes for my girls, I did some shopping around and found this sight I ordered and paid through paypal however due to the dates I hadn't enough money in the account. I received a call from a lovely lady who sorted out the problem for me and the payment went through fine, she was very polite and I really couldn't fault her. Unfortunately when the product arrived it was poor quality especially since the wings are largely unfinished and there is no way of attaching them to the dress or the child. I have done some major alterations and sorted the wings out.

I probably won't use the site again not because of the people but the products I don't like paying for poor quality.
