NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER USELESS !! STAY CLEAR

I purchased a samsung 10" tablet cover with built in bluetooth keyboard on the 2nd December paid online order states Authorised!!!! I have been trying to contact them
via their contact number 08446641488 I have left messages, i have had to response or reply to any of these. I have send emails and finally a compliant again no response? I have also asked for a refund if the item is out of stock, and as im getting no response now next step trading standards
