The goods were not delivered by the delivery company. To begin with they said that they attempted to deliver on 3rd December at 21.00 and left a card. Both statements were untrue! I arranged for redelivery which they confirmed but failed to deliver. They had a lame excuse saying that they were unable to locate my address. Pet Supermarket arranged for redelivery but this too did not happen, At the time of writing this, I have received all of my order in two tranches thanks to the efforts of the people at Pet Supermarket. They are trully efficient and deserve an excellent Christmas.

I can only apologise for the service you have received on this occasion, I have looked into this order for you and can see this was returned to us by Yodel, we have arranged for this parcel to be re-sent out and I can see this is on the van out for delivery with you today.
