I ordered 2 sets of headphones from foneboy on 21/11/2012. They advised me via email on 21/11/2012 that my order had been packed and was being sent out 2nd class post. We all know that 2nd class post doesn't take more than 3 weeks to reach its destination. I emailed them via their online form on 03/12/2012 - the one they say that they aim to contact you back within 48 hours...well they didn't. I've also tried to call their 08446641488 with no answer. They haven't responded to any messages in the PayPal resolution centre either so I've taken the issue to my bank to claim a charge back for non-delivery as I've had to order these items from elsewhere.
Order from a reputable retailer. Seriously..... Do not use this company. Absolutely useless. In fact, the most appalling company I have ever dealt with.
Edit 23/12/12: Foneboy emailed me earlier on in the week, 2 weeks after I raised a paypal dispute to inform me they were re-sending the goods and weren't sure who they had sent the original parcel with!!. I emailed them straight back (within minutes) and told them not to send the goods as i had already ordered them elsewhere. guess what.... they sent them on and now i have 4 sets of headphones.... 2 from these numpties and 2 from another reputable global retailer who delivered on time. Now they want me to remove this review... Well I won't.... I stand by everything I said, avoid this company at all costs!!!
