Simple to order, chocolate arrived promptly and well packed.

By mistake I managed to order dog rather than cat food-same make/variety just missed the vital detail canine not feline! Needless to say our cat was unimpressed by my purchase. A few emails were exchanged and I was then advised that the cat food would be sent out at no additional cost and I could donate the unwanted dog food to a good cause. Ferne Animal Sanctuary will be extremely grateful for the 22 cans of food for any dogs in their care. Thank you so much. Exceptional customer care and one extremely satisfied and loyal customer.
