Not very good with communication
The item I got was as described, but the service was terrible. No communication at all about dispatch or anything until a day after the item had arrived. Took over a week to even ship my order and I had to contact their customer service to get any information on my order.
I won't be shopping with them again even if the price is better. Bad service is not what I want in a retailer.

A wonderful source for Spanish foods and always good prices and fast good service. I've made many orders and there's never been a single issue.
