I would not recommend Parcel2go to anyone. The service is rubbish and the agents you connect to on live chat - well some are pretty rude.
Posted a parcel on the 27th November and customer hasn't received (TNT) The tracking data was actually pre filled with the information from another order I placed on the same day - but trying to explain that to them is impossible as they don't listen. I am not sure whether its incompetence or ignorance. Matter still unresolved - claim filed.
I would stay clear - www.interparcel.com provide a far better service and also provide telephone numbers to call if you have a problem.
