I thought your products were absolutely brilliant, real food and the taste was amazing .
I found as most people do loosing weight is never easy ,however this is the easiest way in my opinion and when aked how i did it by people i know i told them about diet chef and its not like you have to go to the gym all the time.I went from 14st 7lb to 11st 10lb and started on the 22nd august and finished on the 5th december.Portion control is the key to keeping the weight off when you come off it.To help anyone coming off a diet i use this simple way of measuring portions and you can use it anywere to monitor your food intake.
portion sizes as follows,
carbs=1 clenched fist
protein= 1 open hand
veg= 2 open hands

p.s. Only thing i found there is a need to check the amounts in the boxes as out of 4 deliveries 2 were short of some products however once diet chef were told they always delivered a day or two later and sent extra to make up for the mistake.
