I scanned all my items using the iPhone app and single discs weren't recognised. So I left it a few weeks and went back to the app and scanned a few more items. Including the singles and all of them except two or three were recognised and I added then to my order. Order was picked up on Monday 19th November via the courier service and I got money into my account on the 5th December, which I thought was quite a long time for it all to be processed. Anyway, the money was minus the singles so I got in touch and was told that I wasn't allowed my single discs back and it states on the terms and conditions not to send singles and any discs rejected would be recycled, but I can't find these anywhere.
