Absolutely appalling, will never use again

I ordered two bunches of sympathy flowers, to be sent to funeral company who would then take on to funeral. Paid 5.95 PER BUNCH for am delivery, and specified time of funeral etc on the delivery instructions. Just heard that they were NEVER DELIVERED. So, yea, thanks eflorist, you took a really miserable day and compounded it 100-fold. Being in Australia I trusted you as a local company over a big chain like Interflora. Stupid me. I was so clear and specific about delivery too and you still totally screwed up. Not enough words to express how upset and angry I am with this company. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

THIS HAS IN NO WAY BEEN RESOLVED LIKE THE BELOW REPLY SUGGESTS. I AM STILL YET TO HEAR FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!! INSTEAD YOU CONTACTED THE RECIPIENTS!! YOU EVEN SAW FIT TO NEGOTIATE A SOLUTION WITH ONE OF THEM! THEY ARE GRIEVING AND YOU NEEDED TO DELIVER THEM FLOWERS NOT MAKE THEM GET INVOLVED IN.YOUR INCOMPETENCE AND DELIVER THREE DAYS LATE BECAUSE YOU CANT READ ADRESSES PROPERLY!!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? I WILL BE PURSUING THIS FURTHER. I WOULD HOPE THIS WOULD SERVE AS A WARNING TO OTHERS, BUT I CANNOT SEE ANY LINK TO THIS FEEDBACK ON YOUR WEBSITE....
