How can they do this?
I could have ordered from ANYWHERE (back in June when I placed this order) and guaranteed a day one console for £349. I have now been emailed today (2nd Oct, 4 months on) and told I have to take a bundle with a bunch of stuff that I would not and will not buy, or use.
This is the sort of behavior I would expect from elsewhere not Sony or Simplygames.

Given that I am not the only one to complain about the delivery time, my guess is that this is a direct issue with The HealthCounter because the post office can't be getting it wrong, over and over, just for them.
All my first class deliveries have arrived exactly as expcted, within 2 days. TheHealthCounter seems to consistently be sending things and them arriving more than a week after purchasing.
It took them 48hours to reply to an email, something not right.
Having said that, it did arrive in the end.
