Given that I am not the only one to complain about the delivery time, my guess is that this is a direct issue with The HealthCounter because the post office can't be getting it wrong, over and over, just for them.
All my first class deliveries have arrived exactly as expcted, within 2 days. TheHealthCounter seems to consistently be sending things and them arriving more than a week after purchasing.
It took them 48hours to reply to an email, something not right.
Having said that, it did arrive in the end.
