God vejledning og hurtig levering

Jeg var i tvivl om, hvorvidt pakken ville nå frem i tide. Fik gode råd med på vejen fra Kundeservice - og fik heldigvis også pakken som håbet.

God service og hurtig levering

Fik kompetent og venlig vejledning over telefonen - og mail om at min pakke var afsendt indenfor en time efter jeg havde lagt ordren ind. Det var ret imponerende :-)

At afbestille ordren er heller ingen løsning - pengene kommer ikke!

Bare til generel advarsel: Vær nu HELT sikker på, at du vil handle med Infurn, før du lægger din ordre ind. Lige så hurtige de er til at trække pengene på dit kort, lige så uendeligt langsomme er de om at returnere selvsamme penge, såfremt du skulle vælge at afbestille ordren!!

Selv har jeg bokset med deres kundeservice-folk (forøvrigt søde og venlige, når man endelig får dem i tale) over en længere periode - men stadig uden at kunne få mine penge retur. Over den seneste måned er jeg to gange blevet lovet, at NU er mine penge på vej. Hver gang får jeg at vide, at der vil gå et par uger, før pengene kommer. Hvorfor uger og ikke dage? Det tog jo ikke lang tid at klare overførslen, da pengene skulle den anden vej!

Når jeg rykker via mail, hører jeg naturligvis ingenting. Og at bestille et telefonopkald er jo helt hen i vejret - næste ledige tid er tirsdag den 7. maj - det er om 3,5 UGE!!! Hvad pokker foregår der??? Jeg er vist ikke den eneste utilfredse kunde...

Hello Christina,

Further to your review and our discussion today, we understand the courier is going to make a lamp delivery to you today.

We also understand that due to a bad experience with another company you are particularly worried about receiving your goods.

On checking the order records, it shows one of the Customer service team tried to call you at 08.20 hrs, 28/02/13. As he was unable to get in touch by phone, he followed this up with an email message the same day and gave information about this lamp delivery and also a delivery status up-date on your other items, which are due this later this month.

We would like to re-assure you that even if were there to be a problem with this lamp order, of course we would take steps to rectify the situation.

With regard to cancellation policy, you are entitled to cancel subject to 80% partial refund at this stage as per the terms and conditions which are shown on the Infurn website.

However, we trust you will receive this lamp in good order and the others to follow shortly afterwards.

We will speak again early next week.
