I have not dealt with yodel for two years due to issues last time and low and behold my experience this time was exactly the same, I ordered goods for christmas, no word if when to expect delivery and eventually missed the delivery by 10 minutes, I couldn't rearrange online as apparently my post code is invalid, so I had to phone but my tracking number Is also not recognisable so after 3 failed attempts I finally get through to a person to rearrange my delivery which seemed easy enough 2 days time, the day came I waited in all day and no one came so I got back on the phone only to be told it wasn't put out for delivery???? Very unhappy at wasting a day off especially at christmas when there's no time for this so I asked to collect instead, getting told to leave it a couple if days as it might not be at the depot??? I argued my point and it was booked for collection the next day after trawling round looking for depot and asking people I find it but its not a yodel depot NO it's parcelinq??? Anyway got the parcel in the end but could of done without the added stress and very disappointed to learn that nothing has improved in two years, have dealt with numerous delivery companies but this has to be the worst......
I needed a pair of headphones for my son, I had seen these in town reduced to £150 but had missed the offer by 1 day and they had gone back up to £200 ( trying to save all the money possible at christmas) I asked the store if they would honour the reduced price, they said they couldn't so I thought I'd try online, I typed in the model of the head phones and up came your website, I had never heard of you so was wary but on looking was very impressed, I got the last pair and your price £130 saving of £70, we haven't used them yet as they are a christmas present but at the moment I am one happy customer..
