All in all a great buying experience!

The guitar that I had ordered was discontinued and found to be out of stock even though the sale had gone through on the website.
Reidys customer support contacted me immediately to let me know and offered me a newer model for the same price. An offer I was pleased to accept.

I was also kept fully informed of the order progress and I was given a specific delivery time (a 1 hour window) and it arrived 8 mins early!
A great way to spend money!
