Paid for express delivery but delayed

I placed the order and paid for express delivery. Although the delivery time was specified, I needed to wait all day for the courier who did not come on that day. I needed to contact few times with Kenable. I received the items as defined in the evening on the next day.

Sorry for the problems that you had with our courier on this occasion.
Your parcel was out for delivery on the day you requested. Unfortunately the driver broke down at dinner time. An e-mail & Route Delay SMS notification was sent to you at 12:17 to inform you of the problem.

We notified you by email at 10:18 and the courier contacted you on the new delivery day by SMS text and email(at 10:29) with a designated hour slot window time.

The delivery option that you chose was 'Usually Next Working Day'. This is not a guaranteed next day courier. Our courier delivers everything next day, unless there's an address problem or there's a logistical problem (e.g. the van breaks down on route/weather conditions have delayed the parcel/mis-routing of the parcel). Unfortunately your delivery was delayed because of the van breaking down. This is a pretty rare occurrence, but can happen. We are aware of the frustration this causes but it's something out of our control. Our courier did endeavour to get it to you the next day, informing you of what time it would be delivered.

Excellent service

I received the batteries as scheduled, the pack arrived just on the next day. I have already purchased Panasonic batteries from Battery Force and use them. Excellent service and variety of good choices.
