Interparcel

Excellent first experience with interparcel.com.

These folk are a broker for parcel services, so as a an individual/private customer you have access to couriers who would normally only provide services to business folk with accounts.

Now the good bit ... I ordered next day delivery from City Link. City Link could not do it on that occasion, so interparcel.com found someone who could (TNT in this case), re-booked it, no extra cost for me, no extra hassle for me to make the re-arrnagement, and the parcel was still delivered next day.

Overall, cheaper, less hassle and quicker than the Post-Office / ParcelForce. Great first experience with interparcel.com - will be using them again and recommending to friends and family.
