Whilst everything looked promising as I begun to design some simple postcards with Moo.com, I ran into problems trying to upload the images from my PC. I re-sized them, converted to CMYK and made sure that the jpegs were well under the max file size. I even tried uploading one at a time, but they kept failing. I phoned customer service twice. On the second occasion, the guy asked me to email the problem images and he would attend to it straight away. Nothing materialised from that conversation. Not overly impressed with Moo.com.
