Appauling service couldn't get hold of their agent doing the transfer, when I did they hung up on me. Emailed their support team with the problem and got a response saying what is the problem having detailed the problem in the original email. Got no response to this and when I arrived there was no one to do the pickup stood in baking sunshine being harrassed by multiple taxi drivers. Eventually had to change a pile of pound coins for a taxi driver to notes and he got hold of the transfer agent and he was told to take me. However this was supposed to be a private transfer and the driver took another passanger as well. Emailed Resort Hoppa support again to try and sort out the issue and get the return transfer sorted but over a week later and still haven't got a reply. Eventually got the hotel to sort out the transfer back but this is a painful expeience and I didn't get what I paid for. I would never use them again nor should you, I wish I'd searched out their reviews before booking.
