Appalled at the service I've received from Travelbag - OK I understand that flight availability is unpredictable, but the fact that they take 3 days to let a customer know is pretty much a joke. Plus it is less than transparent when you book on the website. I only noticed there was a 72h delay when they emailed me after I paid for my trip. After 72H my flights were cancelled and was left with skyrocketed prices.
Their customer service is useless and almost rude. Had to rant on Facebook to have their attention but even like this, they weren't even apologetic. It is about time they rethought the stone age processes they currently have in place. Ended up booking with [External Reference]!
