Severely Disappointed

I recently bought a "Zoodie" for a friend a week ago. I paid £42 for it and Special Delivery postage. They wouldn't answer a single email or phone call and believe me I phoned a lot. They also refused to give me any delivery tracking, so I have to sit around all day and wait for my order. I'm still waiting a week later. Used them last year for a shirt and they were fine, this year they have appalled me. Don't use them. At one point I even heard them pick up the phone and slam it to hang up several times. Ruined my week.
