We have ordered several times from Wineware in the past and always had good service. However on this occasion they sent me the wrong wine glasses TWICE. The correct ones have now arrived over a week later. Very pleasant lady in Customer Services was helpful but still they managed to send the wring thing. I suppose it is the Christmas rush.
