Did not wish to give consideration to customers' problem

Having ordered a blind by telephone, measuring 2.68cm wide X 1.12cm drop, I was taken ill and in bed for two weeks. When I went on line i saw an e-mail response from the Blind Depot acknowledging my order, which was for a venetion blind, measuring 2.68cm drop X 1.12cm wide. At the time I did not take sufficient notice of the detail measurments as they were so similar. It was not until the blinds were delivered that I was aware that something was wrong. I immediately e-mailed Blind depot and explained to the what had happened. The response I got was straight to the point, Their conditions of sale make it clear that I should have contacted them of receipt of their acknowledgement, period. So, in effect it was a question of who do you believe at the time of ordering the blind. The value of the blind is £58.00. and is of no use to me. Are there any offers?
