I ordered my invitations through thie website and was happy when they arrived - this was short lived as the envelopes were missing from the order. I contacted customer service who told me that they were going in the post the next day - 3 days later no envelopes! I contacted them again both my email and pgone and again was told that these had been posted - 7 days later and getting really annoyed called again and was told that these would be sent by courier to arrive yesterday - guess what stayed in all day - no courier. I AM now going out to buy envelopes so i can give to my family this weekend.I am still no closer to getting the envelopes from this site and have requested a refund for the missing envelopes

Thank you for taking the time to review Bride and Groom. I am so very sorry that you did not receive envelopes with your cards. If we send envelopes we normally send them First Class post, and I'm very sorry you have still not received them.
I shall contact you by telephone shortly to try and rectify this situation.
