I e-mailed Cartridgepeople this morning, as my Dell printer was telling me that the new cartridges I'd inserted were almost empty. They responded almost immediately, advising that this was probably because they were "Dell compatible", rather than genuine Dell, and that I should try them, but if I felt they ran out in an unreasonable time, I should get back to them. In these days of appalling customer service, I felt this was exceptional. This review relates to their service, as I've only just started using teh cartridges, but so far so good. Well done Cartridgepeople!
