Although one of the two products I ordered was not in stock, this was due to product shortage rather than a fault of SoundsLive, so I do not see that as a problem. I had both website contact and phone contact, and both experiences were great. Customer Serices on the phone were excellent - courteous, helpful and kept to what they said they would do ie said they would phone back, and they did!! Website was easy to use, and had easily accesible phone contact details.
The product I ordered was competitively priced, and despatched Friday to be received Monday. No P+P was an excellent bonus, particularly with the pricing being good in the first place.
