I ordered a cage for my daughters parrot for Christmas, it arrived and when we assembled it, it was bent! I called them and was informed that a replacement would be sent out. The replacement arrived and it turned out to be a mirror that was smashed! After several emails showing the photographs of the cage and mirror, I was told that another cage would be sent and on its way and would arrive on Tuesday 11.12.12. I waited but it did not arrive! I called and they sent they have refused to send me a replacement. I requested my money back.
In the meantime I placed an order for parrotize for a cage, they rejected my order becuase they use the same fulfilment warehouse WORLD STORES and they have basically victimised and balcklisted me FOR THEIR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHAMBLE OF A WAREHOUSE.
I am defintely taking further action on this and I am still waiting for my refund!!

I have spoken to skypetproducts today and they put the phone down on me and said that it is their choice that they have decided to not supply me with my order. THEY OBVIOUSLY TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE SERIOUS...... NOT
