Abysmal service - NEVER AGAIN! Minus stars!

I have never had such a bad experience with a courier company. Having paid extra for a Saturday collection, they never showed up. The driver comes 3 days later, extremely rude. Previously my parcels delivered by them were left in the garbage. Slow response to customer requests - over 3 days. Delaying refunds. I am requesting a chargeback via my bank. I will NEVER use MyHermes again. Ever.
