Competative Prices & Excellent Service - Would Use Again
I have spent most of my Christmas shopping time looking for a particular style of fortified wine as a present. However, I could not find the type anywhere in UK supermarkets or in high street shops etc. so I resorted to online retailers. I found that drinksfinder.co.uk not only offered the product but also at a very reasonable price (including delivery) compared to other online retailers so I hastily ordered the item. I received a swift order confirmation and an estimated delivery date however; the item did not turn up on the estimated Friday/Saturday as it turned out my computer had auto filled the wrong delivery post code. I contacted drinksfinder.co.uk at the beginning of the next working week and got a quick response from customer service after some investigation they informed me that they would send another item out and provided me with the tracking details. I received the item within two days without any problems. I am extremely happy with my order and the high level of service I received from drinksfinder.co.uk and I would certainly use them again.
