I bought Dragon Age: Origins on gamesplanet and everything went smoothly until I was supposed to enter the activation code required to install the game. It turns out that they will not give you the activation code immediately as they stated in the e-mail they sent me after the purchase:
"In order to fight fraud, our team is conducting further checks in order to validate your order with us. You will receive your activation key as soon as your order has passed our checks. These checks don't usually go past the time needed to download your game. If you have not had any confirmation from us in the next 12 hours, we recommend you contact customer support".
If they had told me this before I would not have wasted my money with them. I bought the game to play it now, not tomorrow.
I'm sorry to see that in 2010 Piratebay is still your safest bet if you want to be able to download and play a game within hours. The battle against pirating will not be won until it is as easy to obtain products legally.
