Didnt turn up for return to airport!

Have only used ResortHoppa once and im reluctant to do so again as they didnt turn up for our return to the airport in Fuertaventura. Continually phoned them from the front door of hotel, no one answered and ended up sharing a taxi with someone to make sure we caught our flight. They emailed me a review form when i returned asking about our service to which i complained. They didnt reply!
