Although not the cheapest company trading on the internet, you get what you pay for!

Initially I was only interested in purchasing a couple of new cymbals. I was impressed with the range they had on offer. I also thought I'd use the chance to replace some other hardware, and cases. After placing my order online, I was told that two cymbals I ordered would not be available for about a week. The rest of the order was despatched immediately and I received this the following day. I then received an email saying the two cymbals were not going to be delivered for another couple of weeks. I reselected from others on the website, and again these were delivered the following day.
One of the cases that I bought broke after the first use (zip came off in my hand). I emailed to advise of this, and although they didn't have any in stock, they got a replacement sent out via the manufacturer almost immediately. Then, rather than me having to go through the hassle of posting the old bag back, they arranged for it to be collected from my home.

A few problems with the order, and slightly more expensive than you could find elsewhere, but you certainly get helpful staff who make the process as painless as possibe. I will use these again...... When I can afford to!
