I bought 2 bottles of Christian Dior Jadore perfume over 4 months ago and when they arrived I was disgusted with how they tried to pass off such bad fakes as the real thing. I complained and they told me to return the items so that they could process the refund - which I did, only to have them tell me that they are still checking with their warehouse to locate my returns and until then they would not be able to refund my money! After a while, this one agent Alexander Ivanova stopped replying and a Katy Adam appeared seemingly to be based in the UK with a UK number. But soon she stopped replying, and when I tried to call her with the number she gave, the calls just got cut off (yes they did ring a few times before being cut dead). Lesley, if you are reading this, glad to know that you have engaged the UK European Consumer Centre on your case and I would like to do the same - please advise. I am just not going to take this lying down! Thanks.
