Bedworld

Unsatisfied Process

I ordered bed-frame & matress thru' bedworld.net - since it was recommended from my office offer I picked this even though there were bad reviews. I went thru' lot of hassle right from bedworld delivery and courier - TNT.

Initial delivery was damaged and bedworld happily replaced it, but that didn't suit well to the side board, bolts etc., So next complete bed-frame was replaced. However meantime for the initial delivery, replacement & final delivery I'd to take-off from work wait for 3 to 4 days to get it correct - with all this TNT took it own excuses for not finding right address or blaming bedworld didn't address properly.

What so ever, I guess bedworld would've compensate on delay or damaged product, they bluntly refused to do so.

We recently did our bespoke bedroom wardrobe BL - I'm really pleased and happy the whole process went through.

First, we approached Betta Living, before knowing other suppliers. Though I made the initial deal on first visit with the sales person (Ade - I have to say Ade was very professional, sharing ideas, cost factor, finance options etc. that suits to us), however we were sceptical whether we made the right decision. Good thing was, the order had 10 days grace period for decision, and we evaluated others meantime. No one could properly convince us with better ideas / options / design to cancel the BL's proposal. With bit of typical buyers reserve mentality we went ahead...

The surveyor came in for the design review and measurements, by this time our idea changed a little to include few more items, but surprising he (Richard) wasn't happy for the minor changes we asked and attitude he put forward... Probably he needed to rush for others appointments seem. Yea, this added more fuel to our sceptics!

However, the items got delivered on time and the installation day is booked. Finally the fitter came in "Jason North" – he's a cool and professional guy I've seen on this business, he even did the job quickly, perfectly and with qaulity! Even he went step ahead providing some ideas for storage space etc., which was able to easily accommodate. They've missed 170 deg hinges that’s supposed to be there (I guess Surveyor didn't mark properly) raised to BL, they send it in few days... Now I'm looking for next appointment for fitter to get it changed.

The outcome of the wardrobe is very appealing and we're impressed the quality of product and look & feel compared to other companies we've seen at showroom.

Overall - though we were worried initially and during the process, after everything went through, we're a very customer of BettaLiving! We’re looking forward for their continued service in future.
