I ordered personalised golf balls for my friend's birthday and was expecting them to arrive in 5-7 working days. Unfortunately, after 9 working days I was forced to contact customer services as they hadn't arrived. I was then informed that the order hadn't even been sent for processing......
I did eventually receive my order and on the positive customer services did reply promptly to my emails.
