Iflorist has gone from bad to worse to absolutley appauling. This week alone three orders not delivered and the response from iflorist wasd quote " the courier was too busy with the workload" what can i say. It is our reputation that looks incompitent to the customer. We request phonecalls back we never get them, we ask for a manager we never get one, we mentioned we maybe should find another relay service and response was quote by [name] "shall i take you off then" At the end of the day we are a customer of Iflorist and that response says it all, ...Iflorist doesnt give a monkey about us the florist or our customers ordering in faith.....We are looking for a new relay now YES INDEED.
