Avoid At All Costs And Who To Complain To

CarPaintRepair send the wrong colour paint, they also never sent the correct one as promised.

WARNING - They do not exact match consistently. WARNING - They mis-sell, this is against the law.

The only way to highlight this company failures is to complain to Trading Standards - Ken.Inglis@westlothian.gsx.gov.uk - he knows all about them. Also The Consumers Association (Which) have started a file on them, please contact them also with your experience.


Tamworth Ankerside Brilliant Customer Service

Excellent, timely service from all staff who treated me with courtesy, honesty and showed they were customer focused throughout.

I would recommend this store to everyone.


Worst Customer Service Ever

i bought a mobile phone cover in July 2012 with a 12 month guarantee. When I reported the item faulty in October it was the start of BPSalesDirect trying every trick in the book not to honour the guarantee. They refused to acknowledge the Sales Of Goods Act, denied receiving the fault item back (I hold proof of delivery) and have promised a refund for two weeks and I'm still waiting. Case now with Trading Standards. Their lies is the worst part, their emails have been passed to TS also. Update - Have now offered a basic refund, no explanation given for where returned item has been for over a month. Full of excuses and no accountability.
