i bought a mobile phone cover in July 2012 with a 12 month guarantee. When I reported the item faulty in October it was the start of BPSalesDirect trying every trick in the book not to honour the guarantee. They refused to acknowledge the Sales Of Goods Act, denied receiving the fault item back (I hold proof of delivery) and have promised a refund for two weeks and I'm still waiting. Case now with Trading Standards. Their lies is the worst part, their emails have been passed to TS also. Update - Have now offered a basic refund, no explanation given for where returned item has been for over a month. Full of excuses and no accountability.
