Shockingly bad, ordered via courier ten days ago!

Paid £180 for the item and paid £20 postage for the quick courier. Ten days later, after no contact from the seller to tell me there was a problem, I got in touch. Twice I got in touch with no reply. They finally got in touch to say they'll chase it up with their suppliers! Poor show.
Ten days a later and still haven't got the item or an explanation. Now let's see how long before I get my refund!
