Good customer service, well set up for UK customers

Other than the Trust Pilot page being somewhat confusing asking for an a(n) before you fill in a review - turns out it was the order number they wanted. Hopefully they'll be clarifying this on the Trust Pilot page shortly!

Generally good and helpful service and delivery as expected. Given it's a US company they make it very easy to order stuff in the UK and the prices are good - especially as they include import tax and VAT in the quoted price. Returns if needed would be easy to do as you can return to an address in the UK. Being able to call in the evening due to the time difference is actually more convenient! They also offer UK valid extended warranty which is great. Main things to improve: some things aren't automated so you have to email them or call them to take advantage of additional discounts or offers which is a little annoying but the call queues aren't too long and the guys are friendly so it's not to bad and nothing to really complain about.

In summary: would highly recommend!
