Rude customer service, rude technical support. Cancelled my account, they e-mailed to say they had sent my domains to 123. reg. They never arrived at 123 reg so are now inaccessible and unusable. 1and1 simply say they don't refund money for domains. So not only am I without domains, frustrated by the attitude of operatives, I am out of pocket too
Came home today to a card from Yodel saying that they had left a delivery under my flower pot at front door of ground floor flat on busy pavement AND that they would try to deliver it tomorrow!!! No parcel ID number filled in. Rang phone-line which has problems according to the announcement-waited 15 mins, no answer. Tried my yodel website-doesn't recognise Reference number. Tried phone line-again and again and again 8 times!!! total waiting time 1.5 hours-never got through. Sent e-mail to yodel-no response. Have no idea where parcel is-certainly not under my flowerpot, can't find out, can't track, can't rearrange redelivery, can't speak to anyone, can't get a response from yodel, can't read the drivers name on the card etc etc. have e-mailed Vistaprint and told them I will no longer buy from them while Yodel is their carrier. Please help.
