There's a good selection of products and offers on the Maximuscle website but it's let down by the fact that you have to register with the site to purchase anything, they purport to offer next day delivery (whereas this wasn't an option when I ordered) and the general layout of the site is cluttered. Maximuscle don't provide you with a confirmation order email and don't seem to be taking user security seriously; no Verified by Visa etc.
The different brand names don't help for what are essentially the same/very similar product. One final point on their advertising is that the 'money back guarantee' is essentially worthless after having read the T&Cs - i.e. if it works you won't get your money back, if it doesn't then the inference is that your training plan is at fault and/or you haven't been doing the correct exercise.
They use DPD as a courier who, in my area, have a pretty bad reputation and there's no option to choose another courier.
I've used Heinnie Haynes several times and have always found a good selection of reasonably priced products available through their website. Whenever I've needed assistance their UK-based office have always given impartial, helpful and friendly advice. There are multiple delivery options including next day (the downside with UPS is that they don't offer timed slots, i.e. you have to wait in all day) and the items have always arrived on-time. I'd definitely recommend this company both in terms of customer service and after-sales support.
