Flashbay

I think the Flashbay approach ticks all the boxes when it comes to customer service and delivery

I found the approach of flashbay absolutely refreshing and entirely customer centered, from the initial enquiry to receiving an amazing presentation of samples. I was able to direct the customer to their site and he was instantly convinced that they could deliver what he was looking for.
If I were to model how customers should be treated by an organisation I would go no further than to tell them about the flashbay approach.
From day one when I made the enquiry I felt that Allan , with whom I dealt exclusively , was there to ensure the order was exactly right and delivered within the promised time frame - which it was.
Fantastic attention to detail - evidence of superb systems in place.
So its actually a 10/10 to Flashbay....Believe me....I give a score like that very rarely.
