Ordered an £89 dress from the site when it came through it was the right colour and size but the entirely wrong dress. Shipped it straight back for a full refund and after a few weeks emailed to check they had got the return. It took days to get a reply (not 24 hours as they specify) and just asked for my postage receipt (as if they were accusing me of lying about having returned it). I eventually got an email saying my item had been received back a MONTH after I posted it but alas no refund! They tried to fobb me off with an evoucher claiming i had 'paid for my order in portion by an evoucher' when I had not AT ALL. 100% of it was paid for from my bank account. Needless to say I will be demanding full reimbursement. If this is not done I will be opening a dispute with them to get my money back. So unprofessional and NOT AT ALL the standard I expected from them. Will also be cutting up my HoF credit card (which never worked since the pin code they gave me did not work and after an hour on the phone to customer services I gave up with it.)
Booked a secret hotel near Heathrow and found out it was a gorgeous 4* hotel in Chiswick at less than half price! £50 for a luxury double room that's £25 per person per night and the place was STUNNING! Booked an additional night, my partner and I loved it so much. Booking was quick and easy, almost instantly got confirmation and check in went very smoothly. No problems when we wanted an additional night, booked again through last minute. Amazing site, would use again and will deffo recommend.

Site says free returns by post and to store...not true!
You cannot return to store for a refund if you pay via paypal, you can only get a CREDIT NOTE. No thanks. Not even sure that's legal.
For free returns you have to either find a collect plus courier point to drop them off or pay to use royal mail.
So I went all the way to the next town to use collect plus and they only refund me for 2 of the 3 returned items.
Multiple emails sent, comments on their facebook get ignored, no response even after 10 days. Contact numbers dont work, you just get put on hold forever and hung up on.
Opened a dispute via paypal week ago STILL they continue to ignore me. Will never shop there again and will be warning people against it.
GUYS IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS/REFUND AND HAVE PAID BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD AND KEEP GETTING FOBBED OFF BY NEW LOOK, TRY RINGING YOUR BANK AND ISSUE A CHARGEBACK AGAINST THE TRANSACTION. Unless New Look can provide evidence of delivery/refund your bank should be able to recover your funds. Don't LET them Rip YOU OFF!
ordered 3 items, a parcel with 3 items on the invoice but only 2 items in the package arrived. Upon enquiry was told the missing item is out of stock (despite it listing more than 5 in stock at time of purchase. I was refunded for this item after I asked where it was (I dare say had I not questioned as to where the item was I would not have been refunded for this item). Upon further inspection the two other items were the incorrect sizes (dress i ordered in 12 had 10 on the inside label and playsuit i ordered in 14 had 12 on the inside label). I sought advice from customer service and was advised to return via the free shipping label and enclose a note explaining both items were wrong to get my p&p back.
Shipped the items back, weeks later still no refund. After the second enquiry and upon noting to boohoo that i had in fact shipped the items back via registered mail (can you blame me for not trusting them at this point) and was finally refunded. However, they failed to refun my £4 p&p charge which, as the items shipped were all incorrect, should have been refunded as arranged prior to shipping the items back PLUS I'd enclosed a covering note as advised explaining I expected p&p back. Furiosly I messaged them back once more and was finally refunded my postage.
In conclusion, I am not down by any money except the extra £1 or so it cost to send the package recorded, but I have wasted a lot of time and effort which should have been unnecessary, I have been inconvenienced and displeased all around with this order. Because of this experience I will avoid boohoo.com in future, and would not recommend them. Having not even one correct item to try on I cannot even give them praise for their garments. The only positive thing I have to say is at the very least their customer service are quite prompt and very friendly. Unfortunately this is just not enough.
