My diet started nearly two weeks ago and I have lost 3 lbs. That suits me fine as I only want to lose a stone and have chosen the four month plan. Not only do I want to lose some weight, I also lead a very busy life and most of the week I live on my own. I wanted meals already prepared to stop me eating the wrong convenience foods which have been piling on the pounds.
The breakfasts are delicious, (I don't normally bother) the soups taste home made however I don't like the consistency of the meat in the lunches. It tastes dry and hard and the sauces are gelatinous. I will be sticking to soup.
The dinners are varied and I am still going through them trying to decide upon my next order. I favour the takeaway food styles, the Tikka Masala is wonderful. When I am on a slimming diet I think it is important to eat food with lots of flavour, so I am enjoying sorting those out. The convenience is fantastic!
