Ordered something through amazon and seller sent out using myhermes. This was 2 weeks ago and parcel urgently required but has been at 'central hub' for the whole time. Contacted seller who has been on their case every day (as they have lots of other items in the same situation with Hermes) but they have not got anywhere although chasing/complaining regularly. Suggested I complain as well but all Hermes do is say 'we can't discuss with you as you are not the shipper'. I offered to collect but again not allowed as I'm not the shipper?! Sounds like a line to get me off the phone. Terrible service, rubbish customer service (well there is no customer service!) and generally p****d off all round due to such a large companies inability to do the only task they are supposed to do. Their website has disabled the comments section (wonder why?!) and delays are apparently due to unprecedented demand. SERIOUSLY?! Unprecedented demand, at CHRISTMAS??! We're they expecting it to be quiet this year??!!! Anyway, I'm nowhere, have achieved nothing and my parcel is sitting in one of their warehouses until they feel like doing something. - 0/10. Next time, I'm planning on using carrier pigeon for a quicker and more reliable service.
