Don't just complain! Report them!!!

I placed an order for Paul Smith London 3.3 oz only to find out that the product was discontinued 18 months ago so when I checked the confirmation e-mail, I saw the company used a Bulgarian address. My concern brought me to this website so the first thing I did was complain to Moneybookers.com (08703830232 select Option "0") and asked them why they didn't check that one of their clients is a fraudulent operation. All it took me was a 2 minute search on Google to come across these reviews to confirm this.

I also wrote to the Police in Bulgaria (http://www.mvr.bg/en/contactus.htm) to notify them that there is a fraudulent operation based in Sofia and I would request you all do the same. I only just sent this message so I haven't had a response yet.

When you write to the Bulgarian Police, make sure you quote the address where scentmall.co.uk is located;
