I clearly saved the best for last

After 10 years, with experience of every mobile network, having various PAYG and Contract's with All of the major networks, I listened to my friends and opted for an Orange contract on SIM only - as I had recently bought a Blackberry Curve on PAYG. The support I received from their specialist Blackberry support team was excellent, and I found out a number of features the handset had that I was not aware of, they also tailored my contract to me as when I signed up I didnt realise that the contract didnt include the charge for Blackberry Services, so they gave me an additional 200 minutes on my bundle. I have rang a couple of times with queries and the phone has been answered swiftly and by someone who could help me - The signal where I live and work is excellent, and all in all, I think this is the happiest I have been with any network - if I am still in the same situation 3 months down the line, I would say this company provided a 5 star service, only time will tell!!


We like!

Two out of my last four holidays were Firstchoice holiidays and on the whole I was really quite impressed. The booking of the holiday and the actual accomadation when we arrived was great both times, exactly as described! The resort reps were really helpful and stuck to their allotted times in different complexes. Only niggles were - how difficult it was to get extra footroom on the flights, being 6ft 4! And also the airport transfers from Destination Airport to resort were not well organised, signposted or managed! Otherwise, excellent tour operator who I will use again!

Mindblowingly Efficient Customer Experience

My freepost bag arrived the day after I placed my 'sell order' online. I just caught the last post, (at nearly 7pm) I decided to send the phone without a certificate of posting as it was not convenient for me to get to a Post Office. I had an email the following morning at work, saying my phone had been received and checked, and payment would be issued to my bank soon. The cleared funds were in my bank account by the time I went for my lunch at 2pm. I was VERY impressed and would have no hesistation in recommending this service. This company is one WELL OILED MACHINE!
