I purchased a dress from the Bluewater store but tried to take it back to Lakeside store where Drew Eaton 'head supervisor' was RUDE,IMMATURE and DISRESPECTFUL!! After working in Retail myself for 8years I know how to treat customers! He said I couldn't exchange my dress as it was 'wet' it had been in the car whilst I was at work and he told me I had to dry it and then I could return it even tho I lived and hour n a half away from Lakeside. I walked out angry and still with the dress I didn't want. I then returned it to Blue water no problem and with Good service. I've emailed countless times requesting my petrol money back for having to take an unnecessary trip to blue water and still had no reply. This was on 30th November. I don't understand how a big company like this is being poorly ran!! I'd never shop with Bank either Online or in Shops! Disgusting attitudes and POOR customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!
