THE WORST ONLINE COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED

I ordered my item 13 days ago, they have taken my money, yet I have received nothing and have not had an email confirming my item has been dispatched. I have sent them several emails and I have not bothered to respond to me despite their webistie stating they will respond within 12 hours.
AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY WILL QUITE HAPPILY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WILL NOT SEND YOU THE GOODS!!!
I will be contacting trading standards and advertising standards authority.
