I purchased a Sumvision Cyclone Voyager Tablet 10.1 off the eBay on a "Buy It Now" option. They took the money only for them the very next day to send me an email saying that the item was not in stock and that "Our Sales Team will be in touch shortly to discuss alternatives. Our expert team will, wherever possible, be able to offer you a similar product to your first choice".
I told them I wanted my money back, they told me that I had to wait 48 hours.... Now hold on a minute.... They can take the money for an item that doesn't exsist RIGHT AWAY, but I'm supposed to wait 48 hours for my refund? I think not. I contacted PAYPAL who sent them this email:

Payment date: 2nd January 2012
Payment amount: 154.97
You have contacted this buyer to advise that you do not have the item in stock and you are going to be issuing a refund to the buyer. You also advised the buyer that it will take you over 48hrs in order to issue this refund.
I would highly recommend you issue the refund with immediate effect as the buyer paid in good faith and the payment completed to you on the same day 2nd January 2012.
Failure to do so will result in the creditor filing a dispute against you or a credit card chargeback.
So I contacted thexse Muppets again and this time they said it's going to take 24 hours.
Shop with this trader at your peril.
P.S. They're STILL offering the item on the eBay like they have it in stock.
I ordered and paid for an item on their website and they totally failed to honor my order, instead they sent me this joke of a reply:

To which I sent back a reply demanding that they put this error right.... And they did...... they said "SORRY" lmao, like ******** sorry would make the slightest difference.
You shop with them by all means, but remember this, they care about your money, not you.... you mean nothing to them.
After much fussing and fighting, they have agreed to let me have the original item at the original price as soon as the item comes back in stock.
THIS IS ALL THAT THEY HAD TO DO IN THE FIRST PLACE .......... Jeez, bang the rocks together guys.
The ongoing saga continues.
I refused to allow them to get away with their practise of saying an item is for sale then changing their minds when it suits them. So I've kept on and on and on, and it's not got to the stage where SUPERDRY were refusing to answer my emails. So I took the issue to their Facebook page, where there's a greater audience to see their failures. No sooner had I posted a comment about their lack of actions, I got a reply, but instead of sorting out the original issue, they compounded it by offering my an exact item that they didn't even have in stock. When I told them about this, they said I could choose another item in their sale..... this sale has been running for over a month and what's left? JUNK no one wants.
I've given up with their so called Customer (don't) Care team and told them to supply me with the address of the managing director of the company and they've gone back to ignoring my emails again. More updates as it happens
I had the misfortune to place an order with this "trader". The items I wanted were in stock, so I ordered the items and paid for them via PAYPAL, job done... Or so I thought. I then get an email saying... and I quote directly "Your order is not passing our security checks and for that reason we require yourself to pay via bank transfer."
So I contacted my credit card and they confirmed that the funds have been drawn. I also checked Paypal and it said that they had taken the money the day before and yet he wants me to do a bank to bank transfer? I smelt a rat, so I decided to call their customer service.... DO.. MAKE... ME .... LAUGH.... It seems that there's no one there to answer the phone and all you get is a list of options directing you to their website and to emails that they clearly do not answer.
I will file a complaint to Paypal and get my money back off them that way.
Should you use them? that's up to you.
Will I use them again.... Not on your life.
Mobilefun complained to TRUSTPILOT in an attempt to get this review removed claiming that I was lying. I provided documented evidence to prove my point and my post has been reinstated.
